Before You Fly


Before beginning your journey, you must ensure that you are in sound health to travel by flight over the requisite number of hours. In case you are carrying any specific medication, it must be accompanied by a prescription from your doctor. It is advisable to carry your medicines in hand baggage so that they are available any time. If you have any special health needs or requirements are sure to inform our representatives before hand so that they can guide you and provide you with necessary help to make your journey a pleasant one.

At the Airport 


It is mandatory to carry a government issued photo identification (ID) proof along with the E-Ticket copy. The same is verified by the airport security as well as the airline at the check in counter. On presenting your photo ID proof and E-Ticket copy, your boarding pass will be issued. 

In case of an infant travelling, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.


Airport check-in counters will close 45 minutes before departure for all domestic flights for all classes.  
The boarding gate for all flights will close 20 minutes before departure.
Guest are requested to note the above timing. Non-adherence of the above timing will result in denied boarding.


When Guest have checked in on time and a flight is delayed beyond its original announced scheduled time of departure or a revised time of departure, Kairali Airlines will provide refreshments when the delay is:

  • 2 hours or more in case of flights having a block time of up to 2 and half hours; or
  • 3 hours or more in case of flights having a block time of more than 2 and half hours and up to 5 hours: or
  • 4 hours or more in case of flights having a block time of 5 hours or more.
  • Guest not residing in city of the departure airport would be offered hotel accommodation when necessary, if the expected time of departure is more than 24 hours, than the actual scheduled departure time.

Reaching Your Destination 


You will be reunited with your checked baggage with you as soon as you reach your destination.


In a situation of misrouted baggage we will make every effort to locate and deliver your baggage to you as soon as possible. When a misrouted baggage is tracked we attempt to deliver it at our expense at a time convenient to the Guests. Details about our policy on lost baggage can be viewed in the Baggage section.
